This policy applies to all orders placed through Vault of Horology.

Vault of Horology is operated by T W B WATCHES (92602-2), a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location. In some cases, products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or brand partners who manage their own inventory and fulfillment.

  • International 7–10 Business Days Calculated at checkout (based on weight & destination)

Return shipping costs in the case of refunds or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

All delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Vault of Horology, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into your destination country.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by local authorities. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and may depend on:

  • Shipping costs and package weight
  • Customs clearance procedures

Some countries apply minimum value thresholds below which import fees are not charged. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information.

Where applicable, eligible orders may include an estimated Import Fees Deposit at checkout to help streamline customs clearance.

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customs delays may affect delivery times. Certain customs authorities may request identification (such as a passport or tax ID) before releasing shipments.

Vault of Horology is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
  • Certain products may have limited shipping availability
  • Same-day delivery (where offered) requires orders to be placed before 5:00 PM
  • APO/FPO shipments may require additional processing time

We do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions or considered active conflict zones, including but not limited to:

  • North Korea
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • Sudan
  • Russia
  • Belarus

Certain conflict-affected regions (e.g. Yemen, Ukraine)
