Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vault of Horology. We take pride in offering carefully curated timepieces and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below for information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Vault of Horology is operated by T W B WATCHES (92602-2), a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

RETURNS

All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Include the original box, tags, papers, and accessories
  • Show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

Once approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Returned items must be securely packaged in their original packaging and sent to the address provided with your RMA.

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Vault of Horology is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Approved refunds or exchanges are typically processed within five (5) business days of receipt

Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless store credit is agreed upon

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original box, papers, or accessories
  • Items showing damage, scratches, or signs of alteration
  • Items returned after seven (7) days from delivery
  • Sale items, which are FINAL SALE

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
